Pacey Pooches does not share private and personal information with any other company or third-party websites.
Information we collect is that from our forms you fill in for inquiry on our website and on our booking forms when we come to meet you and your family. This is not shared with any other third party. By using our website and sending your information, you are allowing permission for us to collect and contact you with information about a service that may be of interest to you.
Once you are aboard and using our service, name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, and possible house alarm codes will all be used for contact and improvement of our service to you as our client. These will be used to allow us to provide the best service possible, notify you of any changes to our service such as holidays, and any additions we have in our service that may be of interest to you. Personal Data is kept on file for as long as you are a customer of Pacey Pooches and up to 2 years after the last date of service used. It is then deleted from our database. However, all payment information and invoicing is kept for 6 years as per the HMRC guidelines.
Pacey Pooches does not share information with any advertising companies or in fact any other companies outside of our Walking and Boarding service unless your pet is in need of Vets care whilst with us. By signing up for our service, you give us consent to allow the vet to access personal information to be able to treat your pet to the best of their ability.

Access will require formal identification and a small fee for photocopy and postage.
